For me(i dunno other ppl)

ice=easy clear mob coz can increase 20%atk,easy lure
ele=lvling not good coz mob slow to follow

but for duel(only) ele better then ice

i like poi cause reduce the mobs hp by 1%

kinda low but if u think of it combo dex arch will make it fun ^^
and also the poi color so nice ^^
